Chamgireum dalgyal ramyun
[Ingredients]
1 ramyun
3 cups (540g) purified water
3 eggs
1 tbsp (7g) sesame oil
1/2 stalk (30g) green onion (white part)
1 (10g) Cheongyang pepper
[Directions]
1. Add water, powder seasoning, and solid seasoning into a pot and bring to boil.
2. Completely beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Slice the Cheongyang pepper in half and chop. Finely chop the green onion.
4. Add the noodles when the soup starts boiling.
5. Use tongs to loosen the noodles and cook for another minute from the moment when the noodles are completely loose.
6. Put the cooked noodles into a bowl.
7. Bring the soup to boil again and then add the beaten eggs. Stir for 15 times (15 seconds).
8. Pour the soup over the noodles.
9. Top with green onion and Cheongyang pepper. Finish with a little bit of sesame oil.
