[ For the Lemon Brownie ]
□ 110g unsalted butter
□ 120g unrefined cane sugar
□ 1Tbsp lemon zest(about 1 lemon)
□ 70g eggs(1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk)
□ 4g vanilla extract
□ 1.5g salt
□ 20g lemon juice
□ 90g all-purpose
□ 2g baking powder
[ For the Glaze ]
□ 90g powdered sugar
□ 22-27g lemon juice
• Before you start
- Take your butter and eggs out of the fridge 30 minutes before using.
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
• Notes
If the glaze is too thick, add lemon juice or milk until you reach your desired consistency. For a thicker glaze, add more powdered sugar.
