Great recreation of the sound and tones of the late great Andy Frasier and Paul Kossoff Cici and Dave!! The Beringer was also impressive. Never saw Free but had the blessing of seeing The Paul Rogers Band who performed Free, Bad Company, and originals exelently. It was unbelievable of how Pauls voice hadn't changed and he was so gracious thanking the audience several times for coming. A real class act and gentleman!!

I think this is probably the video where they nailed the sounds they were going for the absolute best. Probably much easier without trying to match expensive pedals with cheap, but that bass sound is killer, and that Behringer sounds amazing for the money. Hard to believe such affordable gear can achieve these tones, but it's also the hands of the musicians that make it sound so damn good. Well done, the both of you.

The tones achieved by CICI & DAVE are impressive, showing all their talent and experience in famous tones, and that it is possible to have these tones, in cheaper instruments, showing all their quality. They are excellent musicians and deserve all the respect and consideration! Hugs from Brazil !!!

Your choice of an Ashdown for the focused mids is right on the mark, IMO. I have one of the very last UK-made Electric Blue EB12-150 combos and it has mids for days. Love it with fretless. Thought the tones from the Epi and Behringer were credible. Nice.

Looks like if you want a great Marshall tone on a budget, then it’s the Berhinger… The Squier contemporary is an interesting option and actually sounds fine for the tone. As expected perhaps an Epiphone Bass. The colour of the Squier is great and I’d consider it for an active bass.
