Could I leave my starter in the fridge with an airtight jar of if I want to leave it on pause? Also thank you so much for this video, it’s been so helpful and made things so much easier to understand

Hi! *little comment update* So some people like to and recommend that. I personally never have - I’ve just been using the coffee filter and the breathable cloth cover. It seems to be working well for me! You’re so welcome! I am so glad that you have found this video to be helpful! 😃💕

Sour dough is an ancient practice it doesn’t and wasn’t so technical in thousand of years ago no one had scales and they used all of their starter dough and didn’t throw away anything

According to Dr Josh Axe it's the best kind of bread to eat because it's very healthy. Fermentation is healthy. He says even people who suffer celiac can eat sourdough bread. He is a certified nutrition specialist as well as holding other degrees.
