Let rise until double and bubbly. ( take around 4-5h at 25-26°C)

115g bread flour
115g boiling water
*Dough:
450g bread flour
40g sugar
12g salt
All starter
All yudane
120g milk(room temperature)
3 eggs(room temperature)
140g butter(room temp)
*Egg wash
1 egg + 1tbsp milk
