Since your husband likes them pink, just grill yours a little longer.

I'm sorry. I thought I was responding to elevatedpoetry, the comment right next to yours. I guess responding on my phone through me off. But hey, if you come down to Texas from Tennessee, I'll make you a burger. Lol. What part of Tennessee? I have family up there.

@@ralphknowsfood Don't apologize for the mistake. I was excited that you had responded to me! I've never had that happen on anything I have commented on in a KZitem video! I love your cooking lessons!

That looks like a great idea to me! However, I don't want ANY pink in my burger. So should I leave it in the bath longer or cook it on the grill longer? (My husband likes them pink like you do.)

Cooking Beef and chicken using this technique will benefit from being seared on a hot pan or preferably the grill 😊

If you're cooking for your self, you can simply raise the temp on the sous vide to medium instead of rare or medium rare (you'll then sear the patties in whichever way you wish). If you're cooking for someone else that likes pink and for someone that doesn't, then you can cook at a rare/medium rare temp on the sous vide and simply cook longer on the grill.
