Try to find medium sized pork chops! They sell them so thin nowadays! Either to thick, or paper thin! To thin, they dry out! Don't have to cook them long! I always do, with thin ones!

@@AverysApron you have any good recipes for potatoes using russett or red potatoes. I want something for garlic but not using cream. Just 1% milk, also do you rather use a beater or a hand held mashed?
@AverysApron
3 жыл бұрын
I do! If you scroll through my videos a garlic and herb roasted red potato recipe was one of my first videos. I also have a recipe for garlic mashed potatoes. In the mashed potato video I used Yukon gold potatoes but you can substitute russets. I also used heavy cream but you can use 1% milk instead, they just won’t be as rich. You could also use chicken broth instead of milk/cream if you want.

I use celery seed in mostly chicken recipes, soups, gravy, roasts and potatoe salad! Is not as salty as celery salt! Celery seed has a taste like pepper+ celery! It's strong! Not too much! I put poultry seasoning on my pork chops, and cumin!! Season salt, garlic powder, onion powder! Whatever u like!! I did see Emirall Lagassie put celery salt in his bbq pork ribs!

5 to 6 minutes per side is a bit long. That's a thin pork chop. One example is frying a white meat chicken like ribs or breast. If deep fried, 6 to 8 minuted is enough. More than that, the meat inside is already dry that's why the pork chop looks dry. Just a tip.

Mind you these were like 1.60 back than. Me my dad and brother did all the fishing so catfish was a huge thing in my house along with some cheap cornbread with sugar. These look amazing
