I have been using that duct and a 5015 fan for a while now. Printed mine in ABS. Love it

Unfortunately, I just don't have the ventilation for printing ABS or ASA. I have a bunch of it but I can't use it yet. Hopefully soon though.

@room281tech8 nice. I wish someone could remix this duct for the sv06 plus. I looked and it seems the maker only made one for the sv06. I don't have the skills to do it or I would. Hopefully someone will create one soon. I have both the sv06 and sv06 plus now and love them both. They easily outperform my other printers.

I just heatshrink/soldered an "pigtail adapter" out of the original JST to a female connector for a 5015, the 5015 fans just snap right in to the adapter now, the toughest part is making sure the adapter is tucked up out of the way. Seems to work just fine. It also helps that I could use any type of fan on it now if I wanted to change things. One of the good coolers for the hotend uses a 4020 blower.

Same part cooling fan I went with, it seems to work the best of the ones I have tried.

I was really impressed with the amount of air that fan moved.

The 5015 fans I bought already have JST 1.25 connectors installed. That's half the battle.

@@room281tech8 Printed it with PETG, and this thing is awesome!!!! I mainly used this duct because I'm adding a front LED strip so I can see my print.

What filament did you print the new cooling guide?

I ended up printing it in eSun PETG. I wanted to print it in ASA but I just don't have a good way to ventilate the fumes. PETG seems to be holding up very well, no signs of deformation.

Also make sure you use something like pronterface to PID tune your stock marlin firmware
