Spaghetti with clams
for 4 people
Ingrediants
1 kilo of clams
garlic oil parsley
salt pepper chilli
350 grams of spaghetti
to be alive the clams must be closed otherwise they will not open.
Remove the open and broken clams.
Put the clams in cold water with a little salt for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
After three hours, wash the clams well and check that they do not contain sand.
In a large pan with garlic oil parsley, add the clams and cover with the lid, high heat and in three minutes the clams will be open.
Remove the parsley and garlic and remove the clams, filter the sauce from the clams.
Put the pan back on the stove, a little olive oil and the minced clove of garlic, the same as before.
add the clams, abundant pepper, chilli and parsley.
Make the spaghetti cook immediately, but don't cook them very much only 4 minutes, and then you finish cooking them in the pan together with the clams.
The spaghetti must absorb all the juice of the clams.
First put the spaghetti in a hot dish and then on top of the clams, a little sauce, parsley, oil and pepper.
