Cinnamon - 1 inch, Clove - 1
Green Cardamom - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water - 2 cup
Coriander Leaves
Potato Peanuts Fry
Potato - 300gm
Oil - 4 tbsp, Peanut - 1/2 cup
Mustard Seed - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seed - 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Few Curry Leaves
Salt as per taste
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Instant Caramel Kheer
Short Grain Fragrance Rice (Govind Bhog) - 1/4 cup or 6 tbsp
Wash 2-3 times and soak in water for 30 minutes
Grind with 2-3 tbsp of milk and then make a slurry using 1 cup of milk
Milk - 750ml
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Powder of 3 cloves
Dry Fruits Pulao
Short Grain Fragnance Rice (Govind Bhog) - 1 cup
Wash for 2-3 times and then soak for 30 minutes
Melted Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 4 tbsp
Cashews - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Black Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Green Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 4-5
Black Pepper Corns - 4-5
Bay Leaf - 1
Water - 1.5 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Carrot Raita
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seed - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seed - 1/4 tsp

Ginger - 1/2 inch(grated)
Few Curry Leaves
Medium Size Carrot - 2(grated)
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 300gm
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp, Roasted (Cumin + Red Chilli) Powder - 1/2 tsp
