I got this recently and this bike feels like something completely different than the e-bikes or road bikes we know. It can be a training tool to help one target your zones, it can be something that extends your rides i.e. allows you go further when riding. You still have to work, but your speed is amplified and therefore so is your range. Quite a bike!

I'm, perhaps, the first person in the world to buy a used SL Creo Carbon road. It was used once and the purchaser realized it was the wrong size. I got it for $5,500, the size and color was the exact model I wanted. I should receive it by Christmas this year. I was going to wait for springtime but, with this price and opportunity, I had to get it.

I love my Creo SL aluminum ride. It’s the least expensive at $6k when I bought it almost two years ago. Sweet ride. It’s not as nimble as my all carbon Roubaix, it is nice to use up steeper grades. I can get about 208 mi without the battery extender if I watch the battery usage on climbs and flats or downhills. I rode a century and still had 60+% battery remaining. But it was only 1500’ ascent. Great ride

Interesting product. Great for opening up the mountains to people who struggle with the effort required. However, 46 x 11 isn’t going to be much fun on descents. I’m amazed by how popular these are becoming. You see loads of older riders on them and although Pinarello got slated for their early adverts, i would love to have the missus tag along on a sella ronda loop on an e-bike. I’m sure she’d get great pleasure in dropping me and riding up the passes at 25km/h!

who's going to buy an extremely expensive e road/gravel bike that can only assist up to 15mph or 25kph? Unless you live in the Alps. I regularly ride 28km's to work on a very undulating route and thought this bike was the answer! but looking at my data, my avg speed is usually 32-34kph, sometimes if after a busy night shift into a headwind its down to 30-31kph. Very rarely do I travel below 25kph. So unless the assistance limit can be raised to 40-45kph I cannot see any serious cyclist even contemplating buying these bikes.. And yes I am aware of what is legal\illegal in the UK and Europe, but unless these can be derestricted easily I will not be buying one.
