Sir, I often use some of your recipes in combination with mine. As an Indian who doesn’t live in metropolitan I cannot get all the ingredients and sometimes I adjust them according to my accustomed taste buds. You have enlightened me, as earlier I thought these dishes are primarily for meat eaters. I am a pure vegetarian. Anyways, thank you. You are a very good chef and a very good teacher.

I can't think of any dish where there is only one way of making it. That's what makes cooking so much fun! Love the idea of using a melon baller for tofu, I'm definitely going to have some fun with that. Also, thanks for introducing so many different kinds of noodles on your channel - there are so many options, but I'm never sure how to use all of them, so I appreciate that!

I love when you talk about your creations with excitement and passion! Congratulations on 401!!! Your novelty tofu shape reminds me of how I prep my vegan Shatsuka. I do the sauce per directions. Then I cut out a 3" (depending on what drinking glass I use as a cutter) round from a 1" slab of firm silken tofu. Then I scoop out a round in the middle of that and fill that with my favorite yellow mustard. Viola, my vegan sunny side up egg which goes into the tomato mixture and cooks. Fun and tasty, too!

I agree. I could eat Laksa or Vietnamese Phô everyday! I would also add some Fish sauce. Sometimes at restaurants I have to ask for a side plate of bean sprouts, sprigs of Cilantro, and fish sauce to put in the basic bowl of noodles with either a meat or seafood broth. I love making my own mix of flavors on the spot...simply amazing!

Love your videos, I have a suggestion: when you are filming yourself at a distance, take the camera off auto focus and set the manual focus at a desired distance(this can be done by focusing on an object you will stand next to). This will remove the auto focus readjusting and blurring. Hope this helps. Sending love.

I received your book as a Christmas gift and simply love it. Your level and commitment to your production is second to none. Any thoughts of creating meals using barbeques or panini grills or whatever? I'm not vegan but I am a vegetarian and since moving away from meat, I'm finding it very difficult to be creative. I would love to see you attempt meals away from the stove top. Keep at it, your work is amazing.

looks very good, I am doing a keto diet ATM and I am vegetarian which doesn't make it easy. So I found this konjac root noodles and usually I bought regular ramen , and just exchanged the wheat noodles with konjac ones, but I am looking for some richer more satisfying broth, laksa seems perfect for that and those konjac noodles could work well, as they are similar to rice noodles, only a bit more chewy, it's just when one opens these konjac noodles- the liquid in which it was packed smells like the collected fermented urine of an old age home or something...
