This is a super flavourful, and gluten-free recipe using jowar flour also called Sorghum flour. Once the Jowar balls are ready, you can add any choice of vegetables and spices to make these.
Ingredients:
Jowar Balls
Jowar Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 1/8 tsp
Corriander - 3 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 tsp
Spinach Tadka
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green Chili - 3
Hing - 1/8 tsp
Curry leaves - 4-5
Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Spinach - 2 cups
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
