In this video, I share how I handle approximately 3-4 month old huge Beechnut rounds, in preparation for seasoning, to be sold to my pizza oven, meat smoking, and firewood customers next summer! (Beechnut burns real hot, and lis also great for smoking, as it produces a light smoke flavor with a hint of spice!)
