Thank you once again for sharing your techniques with us. It is nice to get another tool to put in my toolbox. Using what is to hand is what i have always what i have done, too. Truthfully, sometimes finding enough extra cash to buy a replacement paint is more than my monthly budget will stand so I make do with what i have. It is challenging but fun 😊

You are very welcome. I hope that you give this a try. Spray paint is very versatile and you don't need many colours. Thanks for watching.

I love everything about stencils, Dan! In the 70s l was part of a garment business. l cut mylar plastic stencils of my art, then it was airbrushed with watered down acrylic paint onto t-shirts stretched over cardboard. Even though it was production, the shirts had an individual feel. Seeing my shirts in boutiques was far out! Thanks for your channel. I'm a long time fan of yours.

I love these pieces. Art is art no matter the materials used -- it is the act of creation that defines the result. You have created a clever pun with these pieces (Yes, I read the blog post). Bravo for your experimentation and awesome results! Thank you.

I like them except for the fold marks. I save most of the cardboard I get. I know you can buy 2 and 3 ply online and it is so sturdy - I have a bit and the coolest thing is you can frame the finished piece by embedding all sorts of stuff along the edges to frame it in all sorts of unique ways. It’s expensive but it’s cool and cheaper and more creative than actual frames which can be boring. Pieces that you get packages in can be cut to size and bonded together to make them thicker and more substantial . I like to cold wax the surface to protect them if they need that. I am a materials junky. 🩵🩵🩵

It's always great to work with recycled materials and cardboard is always around, I'm going to experiment more and the spray paint really covers well. I try to avoid using really expensive materials in the demos and hope that it encourages others, thanks for your feedback, much appreciated.
