Easy Rice Payasam Recipe By Suma:
Ingredients:
Country Delight's Buffalo Milk
1/2 cup of Rice (Washed and Soaked in Water)
1 cup Sugar
Elaichi powder
Cashews
Kismis
Procedure:
Pour 1 Litre of creamier, thicker & richer Country Delight's Buffalo Milk into a Cooker Pan. Place it on a low-medium flame. Add the Soaked Rice without Water to the Milk, Add Sugar. Mix the ingredients in the Pan and keep the Cooker lid. Wait for the cooker to whistle for once and switch off the stove. Remove the Lid. Add Elaichi Powder. Fry Dry fruits in a pan till they turn light brown. Take the Payasam into a Bowl and garnish with roasted Dry Fruits.
Semiya Payasam Recipe By Sreemukhi:
Ingredients:
Country Delight's Buffalo Milk
1 cup of Semiya
1 cup of Sugar
Ghee
Cashews
Kismis
Procedure:
Heat Ghee in a Pan and Roast the Semiya till it turns golden brown. Shift the roasted Semiya onto a plate and keep it aside. Fry Cashews and Kismis in the ghee till they turn light brown and shift them into a bowl for garnishing. Pour 1 liter of Country Delight's creamier, thicker & richer Buffalo milk into the pan, let it boil. Add sugar and keep boiling. Now add the roasted Semiya to the Milk and cook till the Semiya turns smooth. Take the cooked Semiya Payasam into a bowl. Garnish with roasted dry fruits.
