Unbelievably beautiful mountain and you were SO lucky with the weather up the mountain for which The Ceilidh Place in Ullapool used to name a "Stack Polly" (a massive ice cream and fruit sundae). Great video. Assynt is beautiful. Canisp, Quinag, SP....

Another outstanding video which shows, like you said yourself, the huge and spectacular variety of the Scottish landscape. Coigach and Assynt hold a special place in my heart, I know that I will be watching that mouthwatering drone footage of the sunrise from Stac Pollaidh again and again. I watch every video, with a sense of awe at how you manage to make us feel like we’re there with you. Never stop what you love, as we can feel it through your videos. Im Scottish (just down the road from you) but i live in Denmark now, so watching your videos makes me often homesick but also very proud of where i come from. Thank you.

Another wonderful epic video Murray, and thanks especially for showing me the views from the Drumochter hills 35 years after I did them in cloud and drizzle! I had better weather on "Stac Polly", but that was even longer ago. I definitely need to get back to Assynt, and the next time I do it I'll take a tent :) Nice finish at Glencoe!

We scattered my Dads ashes on Stac Pollaidh in 2018 he was climbing the range right up to his 70s he was 89 when he passed his explicit instructions were to have half his ashes scattered on the Stac and half on the Sgùrr of Eigg , his two favourite climbs in Scotland. Both are very special sites to me now and Ivisit regularly when I can get the time away from the day job.

Hope you weren't out on Wed 27th, thought we were going to be stuck in fort william with all accommodation gone and trains cancelled, serious weather . A lovely citylink lass got us into Glasgow after it calmed down by 11.going through glencoe and Rannoch with the moonlight on the snowy mountains special

Really enjoy your videos, Murray, especially the winter ones. Your knowledge of the Scottish mountains is amazing and your mountain craft is so good. You always seem to carry a huge pack (apart from day walks) but how much difference in weight is there between your winter and summer packs?

That was a really well done video. Beautifully filmed and photographed. I always enjoy the drone filming as it gives a true perspective of how big the mountains are The tent was a tad close to the edge! Are you warm enough at night? I can always imagine how cold it is and then when you get back,the relief of a warm van I like how you described the layers of clothes you wear. That robin was cute..our robins in Canada are bigger and different Happy New Year and take care 🇨🇦❤️🥳🎉

Rarely was I ever warm in my tent, I always used to have a dram before kip. One weekend at a BMW meet the girlish contingent were leaving and one of the guys offered us a third bottle of Brandy and plain lemonade . That night with just one brandy and lemonade i had the best sleep ever - warm as toast and still sober.
