What are some soft tissues release techniques to try for this please? Dorsal or plantar lateral column? Do you have any info or videos on specifics to inhibit the soft tissue restrictions?? Thx for the excellent explanations!

Thank you! I have got forefoot varus, ankle equines, pes cavus and haglunds. Is having all these other conditions consistent with forefoot varus? Is forefoot primary? x
