I absolutely loved this 10 minute powerhouse for my healthy 59 yr. old body! Thanks so much for making these 10 minute classes, Rachel. I am more prone to do three of your short classes through the day. It is a great stress reliever, too.

Great workout again, particularly loving the stand up videos at the moment as I have my arm in a cast, which is a bit restricting! However, I'm managing an awful lot of your workouts, which as usual, are fabulous, and keep me going. Thanks again, (I'm just so pleased I found you coming up 3 years ago now, just cant emphasise what a difference you've made to my movement and health)

Perfect after a cold, but sunny walk at the park! Saturday is my “day off”, but did a lot of walking and standing yesterday while shopping (tires me out, with balance issues), so this was lovely to stretch and warm up after a walk!❤😊love having a mix in the weekly playlist , always something I can fit in and manage!😉👍🏻

Oh, my, snap, crackle, pop, went my back, but felt so good, perfect for this very cold, sunny Sunday in NC! Thanks so much for helping us be mindful of the somewhat forgotten or overlooked parts of our bodies. This continues to be one of my favourites. It's my go-to when I only have a few minutes and need to give my back and shoulders a bit of love. The bow and arrow is very effective!

This is just what I needed after Christmas! I’ve finally realised that when I don’t do any Pilates my back hurts more and over Christmas I didn’t do anything, so this lovely video has really got me moving again. I love your standing workouts and do quite a lot of them but this is fast becoming a firm favourite. Thanks so much Rachel for your fantastic videos. You’ve changed my life!

This is wonderful. Thank you. A good variation from our other Pilates workouts. I've had arm pain and my massage therapist gave me info on the bow and arrow exercise, which has reduced the pain. I'm so glad to happen upon this video with the description in detail.
