Every day before you even step on the floor, there is a built in opportunity in your bed for appreciation and playful movement. Before your turn on your phone and let the outside world in, come on in to your felt sense. Instead of hitting the snooze, allow yourself to wake up slowly and mindfully with soothing somatic yoga. Take what you want from this video and create your own wakeful moving meditation; 5 minutes or 25 minutes - it can set the tone for your day.
