So, in 2011, I got stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. Wayne Static was doing a promotion of his solo album "Pig Destroyer" at Hooligans night club. He played one song of his solo album, the rest of his set was playing Static-X songs, including Destroyer. Wayne Static looked good too on stage, he looked like he worked out, his wife was one of of the dancers on stage. Good memories. Just thought you like I share that memory with you.

Same here, I regret never having seen them live before Wayne's passing especially since they were the band that got me into metal in the first place. Saw em in Dallas...it was Morbid Angel, Static X, Slayer and Pantera. Wayne was playing all of the Gibson Gothic guitars but what I remember most was how much it sounded just like the album. Don't remember how I came across Static-X originally,,, Think I was living in Dallas back then, and often watching UFC PPV fight cards, I'd dub Static over the fight., People went crazy, with the mix.. Brother, I know you got checked out a long time ago now... You are STILL (and forever will be) one of the greats who weren't even close to your potential,=... I mean with new fans... You were lacking in NOTHING... All LOVE bro. MISS YOUR MUSIC,,, Like Layne Staley.. You cannot be replicated,,,
