mantou is Chinese steamed bun. The taste is pretty plain like white bread very soft and fluffy. you can eat with soup, butter or any kind of spread.Best while is eaten fresh. steamed meat bun also can be made with this dough.If you want to eat the next day steam again and it will be soft.
Note: sugar and salt can be increased a little bit if you want to eat as it is. I've used minimum amount which is good if you want to eat with soup or spread.
