If you like hunan dishes, if you like spicy food, if you have chopped chili sauce by chance, then make this steamed fish. It takes no time to cook & it's definitely one of the best ways to cook fresh fish.
I was planning to make this a couple of weeks ago. That's the whole reason why I made the chopped chili sauce first. The steaming method keeps fish tender. The sauce tastes so good, will definitely make you want to eat a few more bowls of rice.

Ingredients:
fish marinade sauce -
1 tablespoon soy sauce/soy sauce for steam fish
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
Chopped chili sauce topping:
3 tablespoons chopped chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1/2 table spoon white vinegar
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 spring onion, white part
1 pinch of salt
ginger
spring onion
sesame oil
vegetable oil
