To make idli, you need:
750 grams idli rice (Soaked overnight in water)
1 tsp methi seeds (Soaked overnight in water)
350 grams urad dal (Soaked overnight in water)
4-5 spoon poha (soaked in water for 20-25 mins)
Salt
For Tomato Chutney:
4 tomatoes
10-11 cloves of garlic
1 onion (chopped)
4-5 dried red chillies
Little tamarind
Salt
Little coriander leaves
For Tadka:
Little urad dal
Little mustard seeds
Little hing
