This area was so swollen and painful after I got super sick from toxic mold and toxic wildfire which happened simultaneously. I have slowly detoxed and do many modalities to keep this area free and flowing. Spinal flexes are an everyday thing for me. I will add this as I already know it will be awesome. Thank you so much for all of your amazing information ❣️

Hows it going? The rib sternum work really kicks in my herx reaction. I have to go slow even after a year with big six. Good news no more sharp tenderness as long as I do it most days. Sternum tapping plus rub/swipes along the ribcage

Dr Perry, I've done this 3 days in a row. Observations are, my sternum is very sore, the soreness and puffiness extends into the inner breast tissue, seems like the tenderness runs throughout the ribcage, I have been sweating from my arm pits a lot and never sweat there very much before. I'm 72, have had so much trauma since childhood, although I've worked out with weights my entire life, survived cancer and am fit,, my emotions are sitting right there. I woke up at 3 with some anxiety. I will continue this along with morning flow and dandelion tea. ❤😂😊

Normal to be sire and also have sweating. Highly stagnated area for lymphatics. Do our BIG 6 forst and then add the sternum reset. Be prepared for detox

Seeing this video is a gift from the universe..I've been looking for help with costochondritis and rib pain in the back. I have osteoarthritis and the flares in the ribs and sternum are challenging. How can I work on ribs and adrenals in the back ? I have terrible pain middle back at top of kidneys and rib area. This time it's on the left. Are there exercises I can do? I can't reach the area because twisting causes pain. Thank you for this info and any tips you share. 🙏💖

I continued rubbing a little every day and today only one or two places on the right side slightly resist the touch... Thank you!
