🙏 Thank you, Brother, for making this video. A few weeks ago I went to a meditation retreat at Magnolia Grove Monastery in Missouri (USA) where we did these exercises. I want to continue to do them at home. It really helps to have a video to show how to do them!

Doing gentle calisthenics and/or chi-kung before meditation, enhances and deepens our experience. For the more dedicated amongst you I recommend a short period of chanting as well. you need the wand or it won't be effective - get a 5' dowel that is the same thickness as a broomstick
