Been really enjoying mine too, apart from being a bit hard to start after about 20 minutes sitting it's a real great piece of kit

I love my 94 as well. True two stroke and all the speed control it offers. I just got the 'rrm' landscape reciprocator blade for it and the learning curve is kind of steep but it doesn't throw bits now that so many folks are home. Have a good rest of the week!

Hi I’ve seen the blades, quite expensive but may go that route in the future. I’ve broke a few windows over the year 😣 but now I just have to remember to go slower and higher when near things that can be damaged. Thanks for watching🙂👍

@@Menditman2014 yeah stihl kombis are great 1 power unit to maintaine instead of 5 different motors

Not sure who doesn't rate them? These combi's are fantastic machines, l have the Husqvarna 535LK. It has more power than the Stihl but both are excellent machines and worth every penny!!

Yeah they're pretty good machines. I pulled 3 of them out of skip last yr, a service and carb clean all running well. I keep 1 in the van for every day along with a km90 but I use the 94 for most maintenance stuff. The 94 is lighter and far better on fuel, also less likely to smash windows the the 90!

Hi I also have the km100 km130 and the dedicated fs90 strimmer, but I’ve never been a massive fan of the 4 mix stuff, it’s ok but I much prefer the standard 2 stroke stuff. Also like we have said the km94 is much lighter. Thanks for watching🙂👍

Yeah nice bit of kit.. I had a couple in last year that needed new rings and it needed new rings to help them start..

Hi Mick, I ordered one set of rings but didn’t fit them just carried on using it, then I decided to fit the ring, could I find them? I searched everywhere had to buy again them found the first set. Always the way, but doing that and the carb it’s been spot on ever since. Rings aren’t a hard job so well worth doing them. Thanks for watching🙂👍

Had nothing but problems with my HL94c, same unit just long reach hedge trimmer. 1st year no problem, second year couldnt start when hot( dealer fitted new carb?.). 3rd year (this year) not responsive on throttle, keeps bogging down and revs slowly build up?Adjusting high speed setting, spark arrester(new muffler) same, new carb now 3rd carb ....same. Having to rely on husqvarna multi tool. Not acceptable considering it cost me nearly £700 at the time. Just my luck i guess, everyone else has no problems with them.

Hi when machines struggle to start when hot, it’s usually a head gasket issue, valve issue or piston or piston rings worn. As this machine doesn’t have valves if say piston rings would have fixed yours, compression test would have shown if they were worn. I did have a bit of trouble starting one, but piston rings solved that. Of perhaps you just were unlucky and god a bad egg, take care thanks for watching🙂👍

Hi What issue did you have with the sleeve please? My km130r is 4 years old and the drive shaft isn’t connecting with the kombi attachments. There is half an inch of play on the drive shaft which I don’t know how to rectify without taking it to the dealer. Any thoughts please. Thanks

Hi Shane, no I don’t use a blade on this one. If I need to use a blade I use the Oregon one on the Stihl fs450 . I don’t really need to use a blade much. Hope your keeping ok? Thanks for watching 🙂👍
