I agree. he was scheduled to play a performance in Italy on the night of Sept.11/2001 when the news from New York reached him. The band decided, collectively, to go ahead and perform and the performance was taped. This song was the first song they played and was eerily resonant with the days events....

Life has taught me much. Strength, humility, vulnerability and fragility. As I gaze into my young daughters eyes I see purity and honesty. A blank canvas yearning to learn of life’s Beauty. I wish for nothing more than a safe and prosperous passage through life. If she reads this one day, “Dad loves you with all my heart”.

I followed Sting from the get go when he was in the police, I have a number of his albums, he simply is one of the best artists I have been privileged to live at the same time. I saw him in concert at Wembley arena with my best mate when Sting first went out as a solo artist. A number of years later my friend, he was like my brother I never had died suddenly, and the first song I heard after his passing was fragile. So this song means so much to me and John loved this track.

We are only fragile if we believe it, this song is beautifully composed with guitar and lyrics. Our blood flows, our minds innately know and can smell when something is wrong provided, we still keep instinct designed to protect ourselves. We are amazing and should never allow us to believe we are nothing less. Take time to escape the infamous TMI and find your soul.

In this time of pandemic, especially here in Brazil, I want to offer this music to all the souls that are gone and to those in which hope still lives. I still wish that, at some point, the unbelievers of this pandemic would feel touched by the hands of God and really feel that we are fragile.
