I have been eating 4 to 6 eggs a day for the last 2 years and I feel great, I notice that when I eat them close to bedtime it results in more morning wood and sexual dreams / drive when I wake up, so it definitely increases testosterone, when I eat them earlier in the day it does not have this effect. It also seems that when I boil the eggs to long that this effect I just described decreases, when I cook it around 7 minutes it seems to be perfect. Also more tasty. All of this is based from experience and feelings, I have not yet tested my blood. By the way I eat just the cheapest eggs they have in the Dutch supermarket right now, will switch to pasture raised when I finished my study and get a job, currently still a broke student. of course, only from organic pasture raised production. 3 per day, as folded omelette. non-organic eggs taste awful. Now, they are not just a bit more expensive, it is more like pretty straight 100%. if non-organic eggs have a deep yolk color, you can be sure it is from antibiotics. Chloramphenicol makes t look orange. Organic eggs have a wide variability of yolk colors, depending on their food, of course. In Japan they add carrots powder to their diet, such that the yolk becomes bright orange. about cholin: it is very unlikely that 300 mg cholin or 5 eggs per day will drive you mad. Many studies report that there are no side effects up to 3000mg. Most likely something else is going on, as a primary cause, which triggers the sensitivity. Would be interesting to see details of the rest of the diet, and levels of testosterone

Lucas, I normally love your videos but I gotta respectfully disagree on this one. The choline from eggs is not quite the same as the type of choline in CDP choline or alpha GPC. Eggs contain dietary choline which is different to nootropic choline (choline delivered to the brain). Alpha GPC and CDP choline won’t help meet your dietary choline requirements, because most of it is going to your brain and not the rest of your body. Whereas eggs do the opposite. People get the negative side effects from choline supplementation leading to excess choline in the brain. This does not happen as a result of eating 'maybe like 5-6 eggs per day. Much love ❤

Sounds like the testimonial guy was an over methylator. Eggs and sunflower seeds would most likely make too much acetylcholine. His body would have already been making plenty as 45% of methylation goes towards phosphidalcholine. He probably doesn't respond to creatine either as another 45% of methylation is directed there. His creatinine is probably high. As an under methylator via MTHFR plus a bad PEMT i need to eat lot's of eggs and sunflower seeds to actually make enough acetylcholine. Methylation under, normal or over affects so many other things downstream. Example serotonin to melatonin requires methylation. Under and you won't have enough melatonin and possibly high serotonin. Over and you might have low serotonin and high melatonin. One possible vector for insomnia
