Hi Toby great content. I have a question though, or should I say my opinion wondered your thoughts on it. From looking at your technique and style, would you say you’ve carried a lot of the amateur style into your pro career? No doubt you can stop a man, but I feel your combos style are a lot more let’s say “output” than planting your feet and banging like they favour in the pros. Would you agree or do you think differently ? I’ve noticed your elbows don’t turn over on impact on many of your shots?
@jamesw2294

wonder do you lift and rotate ur left foot when u throw a lead hook ? I've saw ppl saying u need to rotate to generate power but some say stand still to maximize ground power.

karate people would benefit from studying what you teach. we use many of the same principles , but you apply them differently. Karateka would really benefit for you emphasis on footwork and combinations. Many karate styles -esp Japanese styles- concentrate on one huge punch. and those Shotokan/ Kyukushinkai people can really really hit you- but what if what if your stupendous George Foreman wallop misses???

Relax your shoulders and arms? I don’t see how that’s a good idea or even possible. The shoulder and arm are flexing to generate power. It’s like saying relax your chest so you can bench those plates.
