Brownie
200g Dark chocolate
100g Unsalted butter
(220-225g) Four egg
100g Sugar
30g Cocoa powder
30g Cake flour
Strawberry cream
200g Cream cheese
100g Unsalted butter
60g Powdered sugar
25g Strawberry powder
Ganache
100g Fresh cream
100g Dark chocolate
15g Unsalted butter
Preparation
1. Place eggs at room temperature.
2. Cube the unsalted butter for brownie, strawberry cream and ganache.
3. The unsalted butter is measured with the dark chocolate for brownie together.
4. Keep the cream cheese and the unsalted butter for strawberry cream at room temperature until they are not cold.
