Gotta mix it more, also needs to be aerated to give the yeast some oxygen to start also would be smart to add fermaid o or k as an insurance so the ueast doesn't stop short.

it's been two months so I'm sure by now that you've learned the answer to this but just in case. No, you cannot just seal it. It NEEDS an airlock or some form of carbon dioxide escape that doesn't allow for other gasses or objects to enter, otherwise, you could risk the container LITERALLY EXPLODING
