250 gr mascarpone
100 gr vanilla icing sugar
plus another 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
2 tablespoons plain sugar
finger biscuits
rum lemon vanilla
250 ml whipping cream
4 eggs
250 grams of strawberries must be blended, pass the strawberries through a colander, the densest half is for the cream, the more liquid half add a little water and use it to wet the biscuits.

Beat 4 egg whites
whip 4 egg yolks with 100 gr of vanilla sugar.
Add a little rum, vanilla or lemon to taste.
Add the mascarpone, whip for 3 minutes
add half of pureed strawberries.
Add the whipped egg white with a spoon, mixing slowly
Now put a little cream in a baking dish and make the layers with the biscuits, after the first layer of biscuits also make a layer of chopped strawberries.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours but if you let it do 10 or 12 hours it's even better.
Whip 250 ml of cream, cover the tiramisu with cream, decorate with strawberries.
Store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
