Exercise/workout details:
Supine, side-lying and prone stability ball stretches.
Continuous stretching, easy flowmotion transitions.
Hold stretches for 20-30 (60) seconds or as needed.
You can hold positions for longer, but it may feel uncomfortable to have the head down for longer periods.
Equipment:
Stability ball aka swiss ball, physio ball, fitness ball, therapy ball a.o.
Specific tip:
Feet, stance, wide to control the ball. Focus, find position and relax.
Breathe slowly and evenly, on the exhale relax and go a little bit further.
General fitness tips:
Always exercise at your own level in your form of the day.
Focus and maintain proper form, feel stable and in control.
Make all exercises and every workout your own.
