INGREDIENTS: (for 6 -8 people)
400 g of all-purpose flour
3 eggs
50 g of butter melted (It can be replaced with oil)
25 g of sugar (2 Tbsp)
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla essence
20 ml (2 tbls) of Anis liqueur, Rum, Limoncello or white wine
1 pinch of salt
Honey Glazed:
100 gr of honey
25 g of sugar (2 tablespoons)
Zest of an orange
To decorate:
colored sprinkles
candied cherries
candied orange and lemon peel
