Good Morning Rachel! I’ve been feeling really drained today, so this was a nice practice to get me re-energized! I appreciate the movements to get the heart rate up as it really helps with mood improvement! Looking forward to more practices like this!

I discovered that movement from another yoga instructor (Yoga with Adriene) and I fell in love with it! I find it fun, energizing and calming at the same time.
