200 grape leaves, 250 grams of minced meat, 1 glass of pre-soaked rice, 1 glass of pre-cooked cobs, aromatic vegetables (onions, parsley, coriander), 3 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, 3 spoons of tomato paste, salt , pepper, turmeric, rosemary powder, oil, water
Recipe for cooking dolma
Fry the onion and add the meat. Chop the garlic and add it. Add tomato paste, rice and 2 glasses of water until the rice is cooked a little. We wash the grapes and put them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, I drain the water and fill with grape leaves and wrap the slices according to the cooking video. Add oil and cook for 5 hours with low flame.
