🍳Ingredients
📌Chocolate Cookies
-Butter 75g (1 hour at room temperature)
-Sugar 60g
(If you mix half and half with brown sugar, the color will be prettier)
-Salt 1/4t
-Egg 1/2ea (30g)
-Medium flour 85g (It's more moist than soft flour)
-Almond powder 15g (You can use flour)
-Cocoa powder 1/2T (You can skip it)
-Baking powder 1/4t
-Chocolate chip 35g
-Pecan 30g (Roast it and cut it into small pieces)
You can use other nuts instead of pecan
📌How to make Chocolate Cookies
1. Whip the room temperature butter for 20 seconds. And put it in the middle
2. Add sugar and salt to butter and whisk for 1 minute and 30 seconds
3. Add eggs to the mixture above, and whisk for 1 minute
4. Sieve all the powder and mix in the mixture above (Mix it like folding)
5. Mix chocolate chips and minced pecans into the mixture above
6. Measure 20g in an oven pan and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
7. Make it into a sphere and press it to make it into a coin shape
8. Place chocolate chips, pecans, or other nuts on top of the cookie
9. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 12 minutes
(After 6 minutes, turn the pan around, so that the cookie color can come out evenly)
