Join me for another awesome SUMMER 15 min Full Body Dumbbell Workout at home. A No repeat workout that will work every muscle using our dumbbells
Each muscle focused round of this dumbbell workout will work in 3 dumbbell sections
Section 1 - Compound strength & condition (We kick off with a compound move to get us moving , the heart rate up , sweat flowing and muscles working. Our leg & core work in the workout will be incorporated into these sections
Section 2 - Heavy Lifting exercise ( In section 2 we pick up our heavier dumbbells and hit a heavy exercise depending on which muscle is being worked in that round
Section 3 - Moderate lifting sculpting exercise ( In section 3 we pick up our moderate weights and focus on a more toning or sculpting exercises
We then head back to another compound exercises and so on
With each of the muscle groups getting it's own focused section
A lot of fun this one. Every muscle worked , a sweat on and calories burned
You can make this workout as simple or as difficult as you need to by simply upping or lowering the Dumbbell weights
Challenge and push yourself and feel amazing in just 15 minutes
