Super circuit // 40 minute HIIT & strength exercises. Full body workout, follow along with me and get it done. In this workout we will be focusing on HIIT and strength exercises. Alternating between the both hiit and strength sets this workout will get you sweating, burning calories and challenging your muscles. WORKOUT DETAILS
(Warm up & Stretches)
SET A - Strength (Complete the reps x3 sets)
1.) Bentover rows x10
2.) Military press ups x10
3.) Pulldown dorsal raises x10
4.) Hollow hold rockers x10
SET B - HIIT (20secs on/ 10secs off) x3
1.) Deep squat
2.) Single leg burpee (left)
3.) Single leg burpee (right)
4.) Skater hops
SET C - Strength (Complete the reps x3 sets)
1.) Front lunges x15 per leg
2.) Curtsey lunge x15 alternating
3.) Single leg RDL x12 per leg
4.) Pigeon bridges x15 into frog pumps x15
SET D - HIIT (20secs on/ 10 secs off) x3
1.) Press ups
2.) Double leg raises
3.) Blast offs/Shoulder press
4.) Bicycle crunches
