JC, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video! Your kayak fishing videos are first rate! I like the way you covered fishing that structure, my favorite way to fish. The area was so perfect and so was the creek you pulled into to do the cooking. Who doesn’t love fish tacos! You’re right about finding new areas to fish on your own, It’s much more rewarding when you find a productive area and then dialing it in👍 It’s all about putting in the time on the water and eliminating unproductive water. I agree about just giving up a spot so that folks go there and burn it out, but sometimes times I’ll take friends along with me and help them along. I find it rewarding to share and learn from other anglers. It’s pretty cool to see your buds catch fish using the method that you shared with them. Watching these video has been motivating me to visit my bro (Tampa area) this fall and have a good time on the water!

The smaller Pinfish are the best. Here's a video where I was catching Mangrove Snapper by the mangrove trees with Pinfish kzitem.info/news/bejne/qn-qyI2dpYebd3Y I've caught them on Pinfish in deeper water too.

Morning JC, just wanted to ask when you're fishing does the bite for the mangrove snapper start turning off around 10 am? I love the mangrove snappers but the heat is getting unbearable. Great videos my friend. Steve
@RadReelingFishing
2 жыл бұрын
When the tide stops that's usually when the bite shuts down. If the current is ripping really fast I don't usually do very good with Mangrove Snapper either.

Sheepshead have a very unique flavor and are best eaten fresh. There main diet is crabs, shrimp and barnacles (clams) so they have a mild shellfish flavor. I really like them.

I totally agree with you not sharing spots. I recognize most of Bushis spots. Part of the fun is trying to figure out where y’all are at. I used to fish a lot of them with so so luck. Not saying I won’t fish his spots although I haven’t after watching him. I feel like I’m infringing especially if he’s there. Keep up the great videos.
@Print4cheapusa

Definitely not infringing! There’s me Real Estate when it comes to fishing spots. If you figure it out, it’s fair game. But I do like your idea about trying to figure out where the spots are.
