Coffee Pound Cake
Pan size 21x9x h 6 cm
Eggs 2 (room temperature)
Sugar 160g
Cooking oil 140g
Hot water 140ml
Instant coffee powder 15g
All purpose flour 180g
Baking powder 13g
Cocoa powder 30g
*Semi-dark chocolate for coating 140g
Please prepare โ๏ธ
* Prepare eggs at room temperature.
* Grease the pan and line with parchment paper, for easy removal.
1. Put eggs in a clean bowl and beat for 1 minute.
2. Add sugar and cooking oil and beat for about 2 minutes.
3. Melt the coffee powder in hot water, then put it all in the bowl and mix.
4. Divide the sifted flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder into 3 portions and add them to the bowl.
5. Pour all the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. (Make a long cut in the middle of the batter at 15 minutes of baking time. / Dip a knife in oil and cut it to make a neat cross section.)
