10 Medjool dates
20 Macadamia Nuts
4 tbsp of sesame seeds

Guidelines for eating like a yogi:
1. Integrate 40-50% raw food into your diet. A live cell has everything to sustain life.

3. Vegetarien food is better for the human body. If you have to eat non-vergetarian food, then eat fish, as it is genetically far from human beings and is easily digestible.
4. Avoid negative pranic food: garlic, oninion, chilli, eggplant, asafetida, coffee and tea (containing coffeine).
5. Leave a 3 hour gap between your dinner time and the time you go to bed.
6. Do not drink water during the meal, as it will dilute the digestion juice in the stomach. Drink water 30 minutes before or after meals.
7. Eat like drink and drink like eat (chew well and drink slowly).
8. Eat with gratitude. The food we eat is also life.
