材料:2个鸡腿肉,1个洋葱,5瓣大蒜,2个青椒,8个红椒,2把香菜,2个香茅
1)鸡腿肉去骨再切小块,加入一茶匙的盐,半勺黄姜粉,一个蛋清,两勺玉米淀粉,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)搅碎机里加入,洋葱,大蒜,青椒,红椒,香菜,然后搅碎备用
3)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后一个一个放入鸡肉,中火慢炸,炸至金黄
4)锅中留下少许油,放入香茅爆香,放入搅碎的材料,小火慢炒5分钟,加入100毫升的清水,一勺蚝油,一勺辣椒酱,两勺鱼露,挤入半颗青柠檬,一勺白糖,翻炒均匀,最后放入炸鸡和一把香菜,快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
