You and many people said when your rear leg lifts, it naturally reverse (disturb) effect to the front leg's down motion's power output. Now I see these from your other video. (1) If rear leg lifts no high enough and finish at 10~11 o'clock, other leg should work hard (=power loss) for lifting this until to 12~1 o'clock. (2) Also the other leg should overcome big gravity weight force of above early finished leg while down powering. This is minus power . (3) etc.
