What she said wrong that may have offended a lot of people. 1. Being a parent = "Selfish Love". What? It takes a lot of selflessness to be a parent. It takes a lot of dedication. 2. Putting responsibility of all things on men. When asked why, she said men are more educated and women are not. But also she advocates for equality. Though I understand what she meant (which she was trying promote affirmative action, it appeared to come from entitlement). This is a delicate matter and it needs to be given the delicacy it deserves. 3. Our people are not educated (this applies to men and women). The demand about proportional growth between the two is important conversation. If it is not handled with care and you come out aggressive (you just sound angry and unreasonable). My advice for you hosts of this show, I love the idea of advocating for equality. I love discussion topics you bring and try to follow every podcast. I love the fact that you try to bring issue of women equality on every podcast. However, I think it would be disingenuous of me if I did not give you some constructive feedback. 1. The fact that you are condemning atrocities in war should also come with condemning the war itself. 2. You have claimed "feminism" is also advocating for humanity. However, with all the grave in humane act is being committed in Ethiopia, you have not even touched any topic about humanity (or condemn inhumane act). At least, try to touch it to be politically correct. I do understand siding for humanity can get you politically correct with the people but not so much so with the government. However, do some research and in depth analysis to find the sweet spot. 3. I like the fact that the brother mentioned some points about making your points presentable. Let me try to present it in another way as I understand it. A lot of descent people in Ethiopia are tired of the negativity in the internet. But you want to show them the reality of the negative things that women go through. How about you also show men they are also a victim of a system that tells them they are superior while they are not and they need an input from women perspective. How about you promote and show educated women that can better articulate themselves that the doctor that you previously presented that can not. I believe she have negatively impacted the movement rather than advanced it. 4. Or you can just invite me to your show. ;)

Also, besides the things how to address it mnamn, I don't think everything has to be defensive. If you know She addressed it in a wrong way, just say it. Everything doesn't need to be related because she is a woman.
