Good feeling, good patience. Lots of potential! I tend to serve a lot on the far side, so I need to reign that in, as well as practice aggressive pushes. Great tips coach!

Yeah it's not ideal but for someone not playing full time it's bad to work on too many things at once you have to nail down on a few things at a time make those things perfect and then move on to the next issues.

My point of view... Table tennis is a sport that demands so many things at the same time: Technique, tactics, fast thinking, good muscle memories, but mainly a body capable of moving updwards, backwards, loweing and transfering weight up, and so on.. If your body is not capable of that, probably all the other aspects is not gonna work at all. I used to play much better 3 or 4 years, ago, but then i got an autoimmune sickness and my body keeps inflamed 24/7 and i also lost a lot of lean body mass. Thus, of course i lost my capacity to move and react quickly and properly. Along with that technique no longer works and i am always exactly where i should not be. Why am i saying that? Well, it must be very, very very hard for the guy in the video put it all together with such a high fat body. Look, it's not an offense, i just think that number 1 priority for this guy if he really wants to get better is gettin lean. Then he will be able to improve the other aspects!
