We are aiming to get 10 sets done in 15 minutes. It is the same density concept from the Density training chest series. So you load up the sled with what you will maximally do for 100 feet but you only do it for 50-60 feet. Catch your breath and go when you're ready each set but condense your 10 sets into 15 minutes.
Eventually when it gets hard "you must keep your feet moving. This is a straight anaerobic hell for your quadriceps."
This builds real world conditioning too. Theres a lot of things going on with this tactical strongman and density training. There is conditioning, theres strength and theres also grip strength.
