This is Yang Style Tai Chi Straight Sword 32 as taught to me by my master, Grandmaster Pan Qing Fu 潘清福.
He taught me mainly "hard" Kung Fu fighting styles and weapons. However, he said we should be made of both Iron and Silk. Hence, he always wanted me to know some of the "softer" Martial Arts from China.
This is a pretty well known for called Yang Style Tai Chi Sword 32. In Chinese it is written 三十二式 太極劍 (Sānshí'èr shì tàijí jiàn).
When Grandmaster Pan was teaching it to me, he just called it "International Tai Chi Sword". I think he called it that because this style was standardized at some point and is used in Tai Chi competitions. I believe it originated from Yang Style Tai Chi Sword.
There are many forms of Tai Chi sword within Yang and the other Tai Chi styles such as Chen etc.
Now that Grandmaster Pan has passed away, I've been travelling to China and training with a Wudang Kung Fu Master, Yuan Xiu Gang 袁修刚. He teaches a Wudang Tai Chi Sword form from the San Feng Pai Lineage 武当三丰派. I hope to have a video of that form up on this channel soon!

Like many forms, the Tai Chi 32 for is named this way because there are 32 movements in the form. Here is a list of all of the movements:
