🍞Rice Flour Wool Roll Bread Ingredient Amounts

(Mizuhochikara rice flour for bread)

・Salt 2g
・2 eggs

・Psyllium 10g
・Taihaku sesame oil 20g

・Shirakami Kodama Yeast 5g
(or the same amount of dry yeast)
・Water 30ml
・Appropriate amount of bread rice flour for dusting

Oven temperature and baking time: Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 22-25 minutes.
